Import & Export

Kraken Careers includes robust tools for importing and exporting your data. These features allow you to back up your system, migrate information between sites, or update existing records efficiently.

Exporting Data

You can export either:

1. All Applications

Creates a complete export of every applicant in your system.

2. All Jobs

Exports all job postings along with their related data, including:

• Job descriptions
• Locations
• Benefits
• Company profiles
• Attached images

All exported content is packaged into a structured ZIP file, making it easy to store, transfer, or restore your data elsewhere.

Importing Data

When importing job postings or applications:

• Existing records are automatically updated if they already exist in the system
• New records are created when no matching entry is found

This ensures your data remains accurate and synchronized without creating duplicates.
