Setting up Users
To access the Careers back-end functionality, each person must have their own User account, assigned with the appropriate Careers’ User Role.
To create Users in WordPress, follow the official guide with step-by-step instructions for Adding a New User.
Once your Users are created, assign the Careers’ User Role appropriate for each person. Kraken Careers includes custom User Roles designed specifically for managing your recruitment workflow, each coming with its own set of permissions that allow different levels of access.
Important: None of the Kraken Careers roles grant access to the rest of your WordPress administration area.
If a user needs to manage both Kraken Careers and other parts of the site, assign them the standard WordPress Administrator role instead.
