Jobs

Jobs are organized into sections that make it easier to manage posting status, job information, locations, companies, wages, candidate notifications, screening questions, and application eligibility.

To view all jobs, go to:

Careers → Jobs

To open an individual job:

  1. Go to Careers → Jobs.
  2. Find the job in the list.
  3. Select the job’s name.

Jobs List Screen

The Jobs screen provides an overview of your job postings.

The list includes:

  • Title
  • Status
  • Location
  • Displays
  • Closes
  • Expiring
  • Errors
  • Candidate counts for configured hiring stages

The Displays, Closes, and Expiring columns show the configured dates and may include notices when a job is scheduled, closing soon, closed, or expired.

Candidate Stage settings determine which hiring-stage count columns appear. Select a count to view active candidates assigned to that job and stage.

Job Name

The Job Name appears at the top of the job record.

It identifies the position throughout Kraken Careers, including:

  • Public job listings
  • Candidate records
  • Notifications
  • Reports
  • Job feeds

Use a clear and commonly recognized title, such as Web Developer, Account Manager, or Administrative Assistant.

Avoid adding the location to the job name or using internal abbreviations that candidates may not understand.

The status can be changed manually or updated automatically according to the configured dates.

After the closing date, the job may remain visible, but the application form is removed.

Deleting or Reusing Jobs

However, deleting the job may remove useful context from historical candidate information.
