Kraken Careers includes several automated email notifications that are triggered throughout the hiring process. Each notification includes configurable settings to help you control how messages are sent and what applicants or HR team members see.

Thank You!
Notification sent to applicants after they submit a job application.
New Application
Sent internally to HR when a new application is submitted, including a link to view the applicant.
Reviewer Added
Sent internally to HR when a user is assigned as a reviewer for an applicant.
Reviewer Removed
Sent internally to HR when a reviewer is removed from an applicant.
Applicant Update
Sent internally to HR when updates are made to an applicant’s profile or application status.
Job Closed / Expired
Sent internally to HR when a job moves into a Closed or Expired status.
References
Sent to people listed as references on a submitted application, and again when reference questions are completed.
Fields
From Name: The name displayed to the applicant as the sender of the email.
From Email: The email address shown as the sender. Use an address on your domain to avoid deliverability issues.
Send To Email: The main email address receiving notifications. Only one email is allowed.
Reply To: The email address where replies should be sent. Only one email can be entered.
BCC: Optional additional recipients who should quietly receive a copy of the email. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
Subject: Subject line of the notification. Customizable.
Message: The email content sent to the applicant. Customizable, but do not remove the placeholder tags which are the ones with the curly braces {{ }}.
